:: 2010 I ate Alligator!!! ::

I planned to dinner with Scout, Angela, and Chrissy on Friday a week ago.

However I invited one more person, Kelly, today.

Because she decided to transfer another colleage, so she will move to LA.

Scout and Angela had some works, so Scout, Angela, Kelly, and me left 3 hours earlier than our dinner time.

However their works was postponed and they felt really hungry, so we made a stop at ‘Victoria Gardens’.

We entered ‘Islamorada Fish Company.’

That was the first time for all of us include Scout and Angela to visit there.

We found Alligator at the menu.

That surprised me and Kelly, because I think we don’t have Alligator foods.

So we ordered Alligator to try it!!!!

It was tender than I thought.

I thought Alligator had tough flesh. 

It’s Amazing experience!

Taste like chicken tenders!
