:: 2010 Kelly made Korean Kimchi Pancake!!! ::

Kelly told me she will make Korean Kimchi Pancake for us!

Hower she did not have Kimchi, so I brought mine.

She is expert in making foods!

Kimchi Pancake looked really great and the taste was also really good!

Porsha and her friend really enjoyed that.

Porsha already tried Kimchi before.

She said Kimchi tastes really great, but smells not that good....

However if Kimchi is cooked, I’m OK!

During I was eating Kimchi Pancake, I thought about Makgeolli, raw[unrefined] rice wine!

Thank you, Kelly!

Kimchi, pungent pickled vegetables, is a must at any Korean meal. The fiery relish can be made with a number of different vegetables but is most commonly made with cabbage, turnips or cucumbers.
