200g cabbage Kimchi, 150g burdock, 1 Tablespoon vinegar, 2 cup of water, 1/3 pimento, green and red each, 1/2 yellow paprika, 1/4 carrot, 1 white stem green onion, 100g beef, 1/2 tea spoon salt , 1/4 tea spoon pepper, 1/2 Tablespoon Oil, 2 tea spoon sesame.
[Directions]
1. Remove stuffing from Kimchi then cut into slices of 0.5 width x 4~5cm length.
2. Peel skin of burdock, and cut into slices similar to 1 above. Soak it in water mixed with vinegar and drain.
3. Cut pimento, paprika, carrot, green onion, and beef into slices in the same way as in step 2
4. Apply oil in a preheated pan, and put each ingredient into the pan separately to fry. Add more oil as required. Put every fried ingredient in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Serve on a plate with sesame garnish on top.
