:: 2010 I cooked ‘Lobster Tails’! ::
I cooked ‘Lobster Tails’.
I increased heat to high; cover and simmer 15 to 17 minutes until the shell is changed red.
After that, I cutted lobster in half to easy to cook and eat.
However a little problem had come up.
I thought I had enough butter, but it’s not.
I never gave up and did my best!
I putted it in the oven.
It smells sweet when I pull out it from the oven.
It’s good!
Except the lobster tail was a little too rich for me...
